I have been painting for over 10 years now. I love trying many different subjects and approaches. Over the years, I attended classes at the Corcoran College of Art and Design and the Yellow Barn Studio. I learned techniques and theories but my style, I realize, remained largely my own. I love color and produce jewel-like florals, landscapes, portraits and figures in a representational style. I also love working on abstracts. I use watercolors, oils and acrylics, depending on the subject matter and what feels right to me.
